If you want a ride, go see John Maskunas at Horny Toad. My wife and I stopped in, and they did not have a 2021 FLFSB in stock (it is Dec). Did that stop the team from going above and beyond? Nope, Troy Miller and John got together, found one in Arizona and had it shipped for me.
Living in Central Texas have bought many bikes over the years but cannot express how flawless beginning to end the sales process was here. Bike arrives, John calls, I take the quick ride from Austin to Temple to pick up the new ride and it is sitting outside as I pulled up ready to go!
I walk in and the real fun begins, I get introduced to the great team - Mahali Alon-Alon in parts, Skittles in service, the great Cord Davis in finance and George Lee the owner stopping by just to chat. I walked away from this purchase unlike many bike purchases in the past not only with a new bike but meeting a great group of people interested in living and loving the sport of riding, and customer service.
Every person I met talked like family, not just about buying a bike, parts, service or merchandise... Like we truly were family members, just catching up and passing the time.

I want to give a shout out to Mark and his team at HornyToad in Temple Tx. I just bought 2018 limited for Sturgis and had a few issues with tuning after I returned home. I took the bike back to service and his team evaluated the problem and came up with a game plan and stuck to it until the issue was rectified. The level of knowledge and expertise this shop has to offer is amazing. Thank you for looking out for your customers and keeping us safe on the road. These guys got my business for life!

Yesterday I called 5 dealership looking for a tire for my boyfriend bike. Every one told me that it would be 200.00 or more to get the tire. And we just couldn't do that. But we were having a benefit for one of our fallen brothers on Saturday and we needed the tire. John Horton stepped up and got the tire delivered to your dealership free. Although I live in Lovelady I would not hesitate to use your dealership again. I told all our brothers about the outstanding service I had received. Thank you again for your outstanding employee. Purchased my new bike at Central HD OCT 15... sales portion ok but the service department had issues taking care of the upgrades purchased, primarily the radio and speaker package. It didnt sound right but the service tech said was all okay.. its normal. No. I did some quick reviews of local HD service departments, and Killeen and Temple Horney Toad was about the same from the site I was reviewing. I walked into the Killeen/ FT hood shop and the atmosphere was a bit off, then I was totally ignored.. only 1 other customer with me, 2 different service members walking around.. no time of day. I left.
Arrived Temple service, atmosphere pleasant, "Bull" acknowledged me, then greeted me as a professional would. He listened to my concerns and requests. The service department found major issues with the "new" radio system upgrade configuration from the Central HD dealer/ service department, and took care of it. All additional upgrades were performed by the Temple HD service dept.. all my future business will be given to them. Kuddos to "Bull" and the service department.HW3 , Harker Heights, TX -
There are not enough complimentary words in the English language to describe your services department. I have been to many Harley dealerships. None of those dealerships even come close to being what your dealership offers. Especially when it comes to how customers are treated and helped. I have had a few problems with an '09 bagger that I purchased from another dealer (not a Harley dealer.) Horny Toad came highly recommended from a couple of friends of mine. From the first moment I entered the service dept., they treated me as though I had purchased my bike from your dealership. They were very concerned about the problems I was having and assured me that they would do everything they could to be up and running. That they did! They were very informative, courteous and genuinely concerned. They took care of me like NO ONE had ever done in servicing my bike. It went beyond belief how they helped me. While I was waiting, everyone in the dealership went out of their way to greet me and make sure that I was being taken care of. What an experience! When it comes time to trade my ride in, or return for additional service, I will not go ANYWHERE else but Horny Toad Harley Davidson. I have sung your praises to all my friends, and will continue to do so. All other Harley dealerships could learn alot from you guys. I am your loyal customer forever! Neil Staggs.

My wife and I came in Thursday June 12th on our way to the ROT rally. We are from Minnesota and are visiting Texas for the first time. We stopped in to pick up a shirt. A young lady named 'Shannon' greeted us and was very helpful. She not only helped us shop, she sold my wife 3 more shirts! We came in for 1! Good job Shannon.
My wife didn't need more shirts but she is quite the little sales person.

I would like to thank all those involved with doing all they could to fix my bike's oil light problem this past Saturday. Thanks to George, Mark, Big D, Chris and whomever else helped that I may not have met. Replacing my oil sensor with one from a new bike was much appreciated and more than other dealers might have done. This is not the first time I have had problems with a Harley while on a long trip. Other dealers would have told me I had to wait for parts. You truly did all that you could to get me on the road. Horny Toad's staff, even though it was almost 5 pm, made sure that they did all they could do. My deepest gratitude for all your help. You are a true team that puts the customer's needs first. I will be letting Harley what you did for me. Thanks again.
