Great People, Great Bikes, Great Experience

If I could do 10/10 I would. If you’re looking at shopping with horny toad I’d highly recommend Jason (ox) as your sales person. Very communicative and knowledgeable as well. Kord the sales manager does a great job of making everyone feel welcomed. Joe the finance manager is awesome as well super funny guy too. Thank you horny toad for my new 2025 road glide you guys are awesome. This is the second bike I’ve bought from them and the next one will be from them as well. I just wish they gave out more free merch lol but that’s just me being greedy.

Looking Out for Riders Every Step of the Way

Took my bike in for a new tire and bleed my brakes. They noticed my bearings were bad and replaced them for me. Great crew looking out for me on my rides.

The Best Service Department Around

The service department at Horny Toad Harley Davidson in Temple is absolutely outstanding. Mahali and Zach are my heroes when it comes to taking care of my bike. These guys consistently go above and beyond to help me and make sure everything is done right. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to step outside their way to help customers is something I truly appreciate.
Cory also deserves recognition for his amazing personality and excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome and valued.
I’ve been a customer here for many years and the reason I keep coming back is because of people like Mahali, Zach, and Cory. They treat you with respect, they care about their work, and they genuinely look out for their customers. If you want your Harley taken care of by people who truly know what they’re doing, this is the place to go.

Bought Used, Treated Like Brand-New!

I recently bought a used bike from Horny Toad Harley-Davidson, and somehow managed to receive better service buying used than when I bought a brand-new motorcycle at a different dealership.

Which is impressive… and slightly confusing.

From the moment I walked in, the folks at Horny Toad were friendly, helpful, and acted like they actually enjoyed talking to riders. No attitude, no runaround — just good people who clearly like motorcycles and the customers who ride them.

They even gave me the full team tour, introducing me to everyone in the building. Now, to be fair, it’s a pretty small shop, so by the third introduction I was starting to feel like I was on the “Horny Toad Employee Meet-and-Greet World Tour.” At one point I half expected name tags and a group photo.

Honestly it might have been faster if everyone had just stood in a circle and introduced themselves all at once — but the fact that they even wanted to introduce me to the whole team says a lot about the place.

Meanwhile, my “brand-new bike experience” at a different dealer apparently didn’t include the same customer service package.

At this point I’d happily drive past several Harley dealerships just to do business with the crew in Temple again. Great people, great atmosphere, and proof that sometimes buying used comes with brand-new levels of service.
